Froot Loop Pops. Refreshing, Sweet & Colorful!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Crushed Froot Loops

Very simple to make! Just dip the Strawberries in yogurt, roll them in the crushed Froot Loops, lay on baking sheet and place in the freezer for 30 min !

Cauliflower Crust Veggie-Pesto Pizza. Flourless Cauliflower dough makes for a delicious pizza lunch, without the guilt!

Ingredients:

  • Homemade Cauliflower dough (ground cauliflower florets, Parmesan & Mozzarella Cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, & egg)
  • Pesto spread on top of dough
  • Veggies: Black olives, Red Peppers, Artichoke, Mushrooms
  • Topped with Mozzarella Cheese, Olive Oil, & Oregano

Ingredients:

  • Potato Nest (fried & grated Russet potatoes sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese)
  • Pan seared Salmon Filet
  • Balsamic Dijon Sauce (balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper)
  • Grilled Asparagus
  • Dried Parsley Garnish

  • Caramelized Pear topped with cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup
  • Fresh Mint Leaf for garnish

Ingredients:

  • Homemade guacamole (avocado, tomato, lime juice, fresh cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper)
  • Shredded romaine lettuce
  • Tomatoes seasoned with parsley
  • Shredded Tortilla Chips
  • Green onion
  • Shrimp fried in jalapeno-infused coconut oil
    • Shrimp seasoning (flour, garlic powder, paprika, allspice, cayenne, oregano, salt, and pepper)
    • Shrimp tossed in lime juice and parsley after frying
  • Chipotle Aoli Sauce
  • Small Tortilla shell grilled on the BBQ
